- Opened hair products, including wigs, bundles, and extensions (due to hygiene concerns).
- Clearance, final sale, or custom items.
2. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
- Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned in less than original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
3. Exchanges
